Personal Training
Bored? Need a new, motivating workout program? Rehabbing from an injury? The Whistler Creek Athletic Club Kinesiologists and Trainers are highly qualified and very experienced. We offer one-on-one training for individual attention or group training for two or more participants.
We believe that everyone should have access to Personal Trainers, not just the rich and famous, so we offer a number of different training options to cater to both your physical and financial needs. Our Trainers will also work with your physiotherapist or medical specialist to help you recover from injury and regain your mobility and strength.
Group Fitness Classes
Our Personal Trainers also teach a variety of courses which are available to both members and non-members.
Circuit Weight Training
This 10-12 week course runs every Tuesday and Thursday morning, both in the spring and in the fall to prepare you for your favorite summer and winter sports. Whistler's longest running and most popular Circuit Class with Trainer Mandy Dobbs.
Pilates
Strengthen your core and develop long, lean muscles with this popular course. Coming Soon...
Core Strength and Stretch
Like the name says, this program focuses on building core strength through the use of balance boards, body balls, tubing and lots of other fun apparatus. Highly recommended.
1/2 hour Abs & Core
A half hour intensive abdominal workout, twice weekly.
All courses are run depending on demand. Likewise if you have a class suggestion and we can get the minimum amount of people signed up, we will run it for you!
